How do I know which solution is right for me?

If your nose is often blocked, start with nasal dilators. If it's the person next to you who isn't sleeping, earplugs will help them right away. If you snore mainly on your back, the belt (coming soon). If you snore in all positions, the mouthpiece (coming soon).

Does the mouthpiece hurt?

A little jaw discomfort in the morning is common during the first few nights. That's why it's adjustable: you start with a light setting and gradually increase it at your own pace. It is not suitable for major dental problems or jaw pain: in this case, ask your dentist for advice.

Do these products replace medical advice?

No. They help reduce simple snoring. If you stop breathing at night, if you wake up tired despite getting enough sleep, or if you feel drowsy during the day, talk to your doctor first.

How do I care for my products?

Rinse the mouthpiece and dilators with warm water every morning and let them air dry. Change your pair of earplugs regularly for hygiene.

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Then allow 5 to 7 business days for France, and up to 10 business days for other European Union countries. In France, delivery costs €4.90 and is free for purchases of €35 or more. For other European Union countries, the costs are indicated before payment. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the order has shipped.

Can I return a product?

Yes: you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without having to justify your decision, via our Withdraw from the contract page. For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed after delivery (mouthpiece, dilators, earplugs) cannot be returned. A defective product is always covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: write to us at contact@silensiashop.com.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. Silensia never has access to your bank details.
