To withdraw from the contract

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to cancel it without having to justify your decision.

To cancel, simply fill out the form below with the following information:

• your first and last name;
• your order number;
• the order and receipt dates;
• the product(s) concerned;
• and the statement: "I am cancelling the contract relating to the above order."

We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your request, followed by return instructions. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after your request, subject to the terms and conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed after delivery (earmuffs, expanders, earplugs) cannot be returned (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
