Shipping policy

Order processing. Unless otherwise stated on the website, orders are processed within 1 working day, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has shipped.

Delivery areas. We deliver to France and to all countries of the European Union.

Shipping costs. France: €4.90 for orders under €35, free delivery from €35. Other European Union countries: shipping costs are shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed.

Delivery times. 5 to 7 working days for France, up to 10 working days for other European Union countries.

Order tracking. A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail when your order ships.

Address accuracy. Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible at contact@silensiashop.com.

Lost or damaged parcel. Contact us at contact@silensiashop.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the parcel. We will quickly find a solution.

Changes or cancellation. An order can be changed or cancelled as long as it has not been shipped. Write to us as soon as possible at contact@silensiashop.com.
